As a Nutrition & Fitness Consultant my desire is to help others create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I understand that each individual is unique and created with their own strengths and limitations. My training philosophy is built with the Kingdom in mind. Here we’ll incorporate Faith and Fitness to educate, motivate and inspire you to be all God has destined you to be.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us that our bodies are the temple of God! And if God has blessed us with our bodies, why not take care of it? So many of us have taken our health, fitness, and nutrition for granted. Not this time! It’s time to create generational health!
My aim is to help you build your faith, transform your body, and motivate you to make wise decisions concerning your health! After years of experience in the health and fitness field, I bring a wealth of knowledge guaranteed to take you physically and mentally to the next level. I constantly strive to educate myself on fitness trends, nutrition news, exercise, physiology, and more.
My training method is built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, with the aim not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles. I am passionate about what I do and I am more than happy to assist you throughout your journey to a healthy life built upon faith, strengthened by fitness, and eating well through nutritional guidance.
I am forever thankful to God for blessing me with my talents and abilities. The one thing that keeps me going is my faith in God. Many times we may want to give up but as Philippians 4:13 reminds us "We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us."
dedication
In Loving Memory of: Rupert W. Dobbs
Dedicated to my late Grandfather Rupert Dobbs. My grandfather was a strong man of God, a leader who lived by faith. I have never seen a man so dependent on God to guide and direct his life than my grandfather did. He could recite the bible from page to page, cover to cover.
Grandfather never worried about a thing, even while he was sick he still praised and gave thanks to God for his life. Days leading up to his death he spoke with me, telling me to keep God first in all that I do and everything else will fall in line. He said if God is my priority he will work upon the desires of my heart. His words will continue to give me hope!
My passion to start this business stemmed from him.
